3. Academic & Course Terms

For students enrolled in our courses:

• Enrollment: Admission to a course is confirmed only after payment of the required fees.
• Course Access: Access to materials is for the registered user only. Sharing account credentials is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access.
• Certification: Certificates are issued based on meeting specific academic criteria, including attendance and assessment scores.
• Refund Policy: Refunds for courses are subject to our specific Refund Schedule (e.g., within 7 days of purchase if the course has not been accessed).

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use our platform or services for any unlawful purpose. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting to reverse-engineer our proprietary tools, distributing malware, or harassing instructors and other students in community forums.

5. Payments and Billing

All fees are quoted in USD (or local currency as specified). For development projects, a deposit is typically required before work begins. For courses, full payment or an approved installment plan is required before access is granted.

6. Limitation of Liability

Aiwesoft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our software or the application of knowledge gained from our courses. We do not guarantee specific employment outcomes or revenue increases as a result of our training.
